In fact, if you want to tweak and aren’t sure what you are doing, that might be a good thing. You can tweak it and see the effect. The only issue comes when you don’t understand the parameter values. While the color tint is a great example, in certain cases,you can get poor results because the default settings set certain parameters at 50%. So for instance, if you set up your white balance to C by sliding down the white balance scale to that setting, you will not be able to get as much out of the automatic tool as you would if you set the white balance to 30. While I love the new automation (which I find to be accurate and well-thought-out), sometimes on a technical level it could be a little more user-friendly. It would be nice to have a button that, when clicked, automatically sets the parameter value to a certain amount.

Adobe has finally announced Photoshop mobile–both Android (later this summer) and iOS (within the first quarter of 2019)–bring a faster phone experience to the world’s most intuitive photo editing software.
